Research on the Fatigue Performance of Composite Girders with CSW and ST Truss

To study the fatigue performance of a composite girder with corrugated steel web (CSW) and tube (ST) truss, based on an engineering object, test finite element (FE) analysis were carried out. Moreover, same section CSW, molding side less than non-molding side. exhibited negative correlations chord diameter, thickness, bend radius, meanwhile, it highest sensitivity diameter. existing S-N curves not suitable evaluate ST truss. Since intersecting weld between located in longitudinal welded joints, suggested adopting basic strength 100 MPa, corresponding 2,000,000 load cycles.
